Zlatan Ibrahimovic has claimed that nothing has been agreed with regards to extending his stay at Manchester United.
What’s the word?
The former Sweden international has been a welcome addition to the United team since his summer arrival from Paris Saint-Germain.
Ibrahimovic, who joined the Red Devils on a free transfer, has scored 20 goals in all competitions so far.
The 35-year-old forward has the option of triggering a further 12 months on his one-year deal and his manager Jose Mourinho made it clear earlier in the season that he wants Ibrahimovic to stay.
The man himself has stated that clauses, such as amount of goals scored and appearances made, have been met to activate the contract extension, but has insisted that nothing has been agreed as yet.

Sky Sports quotes Ibrahimovic as saying:
“Something like that. I have to score 100 goals. The option is already fulfilled. But there’s nothing done yet. From my side. We’ll wait and see. Let’s see what happens.”
What should Zlatan do?
From the striker’s point of view, he is coming to the final years of his career and even though he has played for eight different clubs, including Barcelona and AC Milan, there may be one more that he wants to tick off his list.
It would be a strange move from United’s perspective if they were to offload Ibrahimovic, purely because of his goal contribution.
The Swede is their leading scorer so far this season and is tied third with Diego Costa for the golden boot having struck 15 times in the Premier League.
An obvious reason for Ibrahimovic to leave would be if his game time was going to be severely limited next season due to the arrival of a new striker.
Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann has been heavily linked with a switch to Old Trafford, and if a transfer did come off, the Frenchman would be thrown into the first team.
